Glad you asked! I'm Julian Amati-Lecours

I'm an artist blacksmith, welder, fabricator, and sometimes mead-maker based out of the East York area of Toronto.

Though my true love is blacksmithing, I've studied jewellery, silversmithing, wire art, wood working, and even game design. In my artistic practice, I explore the boundary between utilitarian crafts and fine art. Themes of history, memory, fantasy, and function all feature heavily.
